UPDATE

As I sit here listening to Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop (my fave song at the moment and for the past few weeks) whilst doing nothing, it occurs to me, "I haven't done my blog in a long time". So yet again... apologies.

I'm only doing a quick 'update pos't as I haven't actually got anything planned to write about. Recently I have found that I have had little inspiration to write. Maybe it is because it's summer? I dunno. Either way, it has got me to thinking that I don't just want to post about fashion all the time, therefore, OCCASIONALLY, I will jazz it up and talk about other things. Maybe celebrity gossip? Or just general chit chat.

When I say 'update post', I mean just a post to say 'I'm still here' not much has happened this summer to blog about. OH! Except a trip to some park thing in Bedford (which was a fab day out) and a 'social gathering' the next day, which was fun too!

To conclude this post, I promise that August will be much more exciting for this blog, especially because it is my 18th on 18th August (WOOOOOOO) and I have loads planned that I WILL blog about (i.e. My party, birthday, tattoo, trips out)

Hope you're enjoying your summer!

Makeup Wishlist

Apologies for lack of posts this month, however, as most of you (in the UK know) it has been super sunny and therefore, I have been out and enjoying the sun and if I haven't been doing that, I've been planning my party for next month - woo! But yeah, apologies!

I thought I'd show you my 'makeup wishlist' as you know, make up is a must for me and you may be interested in some of the stuff I am, too!

I love makeup, but I'm not the sort of person to wear loads of makeup - I keep to the minimum (i.e. mascara, powder for my face and the occasional liquid eyeliner or eye shadow). When it comes to going out, however, (depending on the event) I like to go all out and get all 'made up' which means that this makeup on my wishlist will come in handy!

1. (Top left) Mac Eyeshadow - White (LINK)
    (Bottom left) Mac Eyeshadow - "Woodwinked" (LINK)
    Mac Prep + Prime (LINK)
    Mac Eye Pencil "Coffee" (LINK)

2. YSL Lipstick - Peach Passion (LINK)

3. Sleek - Contour Kit "light" (LINK)

4. Nars Eye Shadow Primer (LINK)

The top of my list definitely has to be the 'YSL Peach Passion' lipstick. The colour is lovely and would go so well with both a natural look as well as a 'heavily made up eyes' look. Not only this, but it has a lovely shine to it and will complete a 'summer look'.

Bored of Borders?

When I first started blogging, I never really cared about the border that came around the pictures that I put on posts or uploaded, however, after a while they started to bug me. SO I DECIDED TO GET RID OF THEM. I felt that they looked a bit unprofessional and made some pictures look really odd (they did make some look nice, though).

If you're feeling the same and want to get rid of the borders but don't know how, then read on and I'll tell you all you need to know!

Step 1:
Go to 'Template' at the bottom left side of the blogger.com main bit thing

Step 2:
Click the orange 'customise' button
You will now see this:

Step 3:
Click 'advanced' at the top left side of the bar

Step 4:
Scroll down to the bottom of the options that appear until you find 'add CSS', it should look like this

Step 5:
Once you have clicked this, you will have an empty white box, all you need to do is paste this code into the box:

.post-body img, .post-body .tr-caption-container, .Profile img, .Image img,
.BlogList .item-thumbnail img {
  padding: none !important;
  border: none !important;
  background: none !important;
  -moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
  -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
  box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
}

Step 6:
Then click 'apply to blog' in the right top corner (will be in an orange box with white writing). Once you have clicked this, check your blog and all of the borders around your pictures should be gone. If you don't like it without the borders, then just remove the code and it'll be back to normal.

I hope this worked for you!
